  1. Mai frate, la un cuptor normal, temperatura putin peste medie, dupa 25 minute abia erau incalzite vinetele…le mancati crude? eu le-am tinut cam o ora si 10 minute sa se patrunda…:(

    • Am modificat timpul de coacere. A fost o greseala. Vinetele trebuie sa fie la final patrunse, insa nu malaiete. Fiecare poate adapta orice reteta dupa propriul gust .
