  1. Cartea “Mananc deci slabesc” am citit-o acum 10 ani, cand tocmai ramasesm insarcinata cu primul copil. Atunci am realizat ca desi nu mananc la fast food-uri, nu insemna ca mananc corect. Desi stateam foarte bine cu greutatea, am pus in practica anumite combinatii de alimente recomadate in carte iar efectul a fost pierderea a 3 kg in 3 saptamani 🙂
